ServersCheck's In-House Calibration lab Regardless of the vendor, sensors do drift over time due to several phyiscal factors.

When used indoor it is recommended to check the accuracy of your sensors at least once a year.
For outdoor use, it is recommended to check them every 6 months.

Our in-house lab is fully equipped to test the accuracy of your temperature & humidity, infrared spot or thermal image sensors with measurements traceable to NIST.

Order Calibration

Using calibrated temperature sensors.
That's our expertise.
Get calibration certificates for your ENV-THUM, ENV-TEMP, DAISY-TEMP or DAISY-THUM sensors.
All temperature tests are performed against NIST traceable measurements and as per ISO 17025 standards.
Temperature: 3 reference points at 0°C, 20°C & 25°C.
Humidity is a self assesment report.
Optional Hot Swap: we ship you calibrated sensors first; you then return your sensors.

NIST Traceable.
All temperatutre measurements are performed against calibrated NIST traceable reference meters.

Certificates contain all required information and reference to the unbroken chain of measurements as per ISO standards.

Calibration Certificate & Testing Report.

When ordered, we issue a unique calibration certificate & testing report per sensor it tests. Our contracted supplier follows the ISO 17025 standards when testing your sensor components for temperature.

Those sensor components are verified within tolerance for the different test points. Certificates include the calibration equipment used with serial numbers. The calculated uncertainty, calibration date and due date.

For humidity we provide a self-assesment report.

Temperature Calibration.
Sensors do drift over time and will retaining precision, there are no longer accurate. That's why annual calibration is recommended. This applies to sensors of most vendors, including us.

Our lab tests temperature sensors against 3 temperature reference points. 0°C, 20°C and 25°C. Test are done in an environmental chamber. Measurements are compared against a calibrated NIST traceable temperature sensor.

Humidity Calibration.

Like temperature sensors, annual calibration is recommended due to sensor drifting. When used in a dirty environment (air pollulants) or outdoors, then the frequency should be every 6 months for a calibration. With our hot swap option, we ship you a calibrated sensor before your return yours.

Unlike temperature, humidity is done using factory self calibration and not against ISO 17025.
